Civil & Utility Solutions

Civil & Utility Solutions

Civil Solutions including feasibility study, Engineering, Procurement & commissioning of Effluent Treatment Plants including river bridges, Intake wells, Large Elevated Water Reservoirs, piping & pumping machinery and construction of multipurpose halls, schools etc for both Public & Private sector organisations.

Elevated Storage Reservoirs (ESRs)

M/s JCPL has a competent project team which executes the construction and commissioning of the ESRs. An ESR is an elevated and specialised structure supporting a water tank constructed at a height sufficient to pressurize a water distribution system for the distribution of potable water, and to provide emergency storage for fire protection.

Work flow stages in the construction & commissioning of an ESR:
1)Piling, 2)Pile testing, 3)Area development, 4)ESR PCC, 5)Pile cap, 6)First staging, 7)Half staging, 8)Final staging, 9)Cone wall, 10)Complete Structure, 11)Painting, 12)Painting completed

Intake Well

Intake Wells are structures which are used for collecting water from the surface sources such as river, lake, and reservoir and conveying it further to the water treatment plant. M/s JCPL has a rich experience in the construction of such masonry or concrete structures which provide relatively clean water, free from pollution, sand and objectionable floating material.

Work flow stages in the construction & commissioning of an Intake Well:
1)Intake well excavation, 2)PCC, 3)Raft rod binding, 4)Raft shuttering, 5)Raft casting, 6)Bracing casting, 7)Half staging, 8)Full staging, 9)Pump house, 10)Foot bridge, 11)Complete structure

Multipurpose Halls & Schools

Our dedicated project team of qualified and skilled engineers executes the construction work of Multipurpose buildings, sports/recreational facilities, office and school buildings, roads etc.

Water Treatment Plants (WTP)

Water treatment is any process that improves the quality of water to make it appropriate for a specific end-use. Team JCPL specialises in the construction of WTPs which includes processes involved in removing the contaminants include physical processes such as settling and filtration, chemical processes such as disinfection and coagulation, and biological processes such as slow sand filtration.

Work flow stages in the construction & commissioning of a WTP:
1)Intake structures, 2)Pumping stations, 3)Rising main, 4)Water treatment, 5)Gravity main, 6)Water tanks, 7)Distribution system
