FABRICATION, ERECTION & COMMISSIONING OF RMHS & PLANT STRUCTURES

M/s JCPL undertakes the fabrication, erection of Coal Buildings, coal washeries, conveyor galleries, trestles including all equipments like VF, Screens, Belts etc.
We undertake the fabrication and erection of DRI Heater structures, surge Bins and equipments, CO2 Structures and equipments, all types of piping, ducting, specialised pressure vessels and tank fabrication & erection etc.
We are specialised in fabrication & erection of Coal Gasification Plant, other auxiliary buildings.
We also have extensive experience in fabrication & erection of Red Mud Filtration Plant including junction towers and other auxiliary buildings.

Steel fabrication work and erection is done adhering to the prescribed and approved QAP and as per ASME Section IX ,AWS D1.1 and BIS standard. SMAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW welding process is deployed with certified welders. On-site ultra-sonic and radiography testing are carried out with level two qualified Inspectors.
We have a dedicated work force of Mechanical supervisors, fabricators, welders and riggers.

EQUIPMENT ERECTION

M/s JCPL undertakes equipment erection jobs for Steel manufacturing Plants, Aluminium Smelter Plants and Thermal Power plants.

Some of the equipments are Pot Tending Machines, Furnace Tending Assembly ,Transfer gantries, Cast house equipments, Melting furnaces, Rodding shop equipments, Bake oven equipments, Fume treatment plants, Alumina handling system, filter press units, utility pipelines, EOT cranes, pump houses, tanks .

We have a dedicated work force of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation engineers for this purpose.
