PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Successfully completed the unloading of 53000 plus MT of coal from the MV Star Sopla ship for Teck Coal Ltd, Canada in 2016.
- Our Team successfully completed the work of ‘Removal of Pond Ash from Ash Pond and filling at low lying area at NALCO, Damanjodi
- Existing wet ash deposited in the ash pond was earmarked and divided into different grids in wet surface area for making temporary approach for plying of heavy equipments for removal of pond ash. The entire existing ash slurry disposal points in different locations was canalized by making proper drains so that there are no hindrances while working in that area.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Collection of pond ash by way of excavating pond ash/under water from ash pond including loading, transporting & unloading the ash and filling in layers by watering, compacting with road roller/Dozer and leveling and dressing to proper slope & gradient after stripping and dressing the original ground before filling.
- The work was executed by deploying mechanical equipments like excavator/ backhoe/ loader or manually for removing & loading the ash from ash pond / earth and transporting the same through tripper/ truck/ tracker etc.
